This website (sliding-door-repair-london.uk, brand "SDR London Network") is operated by:
AccèsLeads UAB
Architektų g. 56-101, LT-04111 Vilnius, Lithuania
Registration code: 307353988
Legal form: UAB (Lithuanian Private Limited Liability Company)
AccèsLeads UAB is registered in the Registrar of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania under code 307353988.
The brand "SDR London Network" is used by AccèsLeads UAB for marketing introduction services in London, UK.
2. Nature of Service
We operate a platform connecting users with independent third-party door repair specialists. We do NOT provide repair services directly. Repairs are carried out by independent UK specialists with their own registration, insurance, and guarantees. Any contract for repair work is between the user and the chosen specialist.
3. Quote Requests
When you submit a quote request, your information is shared with 3-5 verified specialists who may contact you directly. You are under no obligation to accept any quote. Quote requests are free of charge. We aim for same-day or next-day responses, though timing may vary based on specialist availability and your location.
4. Specialists' Independence
Specialists are independent contractors, not employees of AccèsLeads UAB. We are not liable for quality of work, pricing, delays, or damages arising from a specialist's services. Disputes must be raised directly with the specialist concerned.
While we undertake reasonable efforts to vet specialists — including verification of business registration, public liability insurance, trade certifications, and customer reviews — we do not guarantee the quality, suitability, or reliability of any individual specialist. You should satisfy yourself that a specialist is appropriate for your needs before engaging their services.
5. Consumer Rights
These Terms comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. As a UK consumer engaging with a network specialist, you retain all statutory rights including:
- The right to cancel within 14 days of contract formation (cooling-off period)
- The right to services performed with reasonable care and skill
- The right to services completed within a reasonable time
- The right to a refund or repeat performance if services are not as described
- The right to redress for misleading commercial practices
Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer. For complaints, contact: info@sliding-door-repair-london.uk or Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk).
6. Eligibility
By using our Site and Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- All information you provide through the Site is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- You are using the Site for legitimate purposes and not for any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity.
- You are either the property owner, a tenant with the owner's consent, or an authorised representative with permission to arrange door repair services at the specified address.
7. Quotes, Pricing, and Payment
All quotes provided by Specialists are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may differ if the actual scope of work differs from your initial description. Any contract for services, pricing agreement, and payment arrangement is strictly between you and the specialist.
We do not collect payment from you on behalf of specialists. We do not charge you for submitting quote requests. Any payment for door repair services must be made directly to the specialist in accordance with their payment terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the brand "SDR London Network", is property of AccèsLeads UAB or its licensors, protected by international intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount of £100 or the total amount you have paid to us (whichever is greater). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms
AccèsLeads UAB may update these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon publication. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AccèsLeads UAB regarding your use of the Site and Services, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.
